Since 1990, museum in progress has been realising multiples, primarily in newspapers and magazines. These works have a breadth of content and form that is absolutely unique – there is no other institution in the world that has realised comparable groups of works in terms of scope, diversity and quality. In total, museum in progress has realised more than 1000 works in this field, which are collected internationally by institutions (e.g. MoMA, Boijmans van Beuningen, mumok) and privately (e.g. Nobel Collection).

Among them are multiples for example by Nobuyoshi Araki, John Baldessari, Thomas Bayrle, Alighiero e Boetti, Christian Boltanski, Frédéric Bruly Bouabré, Roberto Cuoghi, Tacita Dean, Cerith Wyn Evans, Hans-Peter Feldmann, Fischli/Weiss, Nan Goldin, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Douglas Gordon, Dan Graham, Mona Hatoum, Anna Jermolaewa, Martha Jungwirth, Peter Kogler, Maria Lassnig, Erik van Lieshout, Thomas Locher, Christian Marclay, Paul McCarthy, Jonathan Meese, Beatriz Milhazes, Jean-Luc Moulène, Matt Mullican, Olaf Nicolai, Oswald Oberhuber, Yoko Ono, Michelangelo Pistoletto, Jason Rhoades, Gerhard Richter, Hans Schabus, Christoph Schlingensief, David Shrigley, Nancy Spero, Rirkrit Tiravanija, Wolfgang Tillmans, Rosemarie Trockel, Kara Walker, Carrie Mae Weems, Lois Weinberger, Lawrence Weiner, Erwin Wurm, Heimo Zobernig, and many more.
