Everybody gets up in the morning and does all kinds of exercises and sweats. I was told years ago that nothing, very little is needed to be healthy. And the only thing that’s needed: stretch your hands every morning and move your finger for three or five minutes and nothing else. If you want, you can put some music on. Nothing can distract one who’s concentrating on one’s finger.
