In the course of the 25th "International Biennial for Graphic Arts" in Ljubljana museum in progress started a cooperation with the International Centre for Graphic Arts and the largest Slovenian newspaper Delo.
On 10 June 2003, the day of the opening of the Biennial, the new museum space in Delo was opened with an artistic full page insert by the artist Liam Gillick.
