From spring 2000 for a period of six months, museum in progress was presenting a work by Hans Weigand as the second artistic contribution to the exhibition series "Vienna Stripe" on the façade of the Wein & Co shop and bar at a busy traffic location in the centre of Vienna.
The artist Hans Weigand, who lives in Vienna and Los Angeles, uses a series of photos as the basis for his frieze. The work is made up of various combinations of seated people with a wide variety of bottles at their feet. It is noticeable that the heads of the seated people are cut off.
