When the opera audience sits in their seats before or after the performance, they see a massive dam wall directly in front of them, built into an Alpine landscape. An object in the centre is about to fly over the wall and speed further over the bloody mountain lake towards Italy. This object is a magnetic resonance imaging scan of a human abdominal cavity, where the spine and intestines surrounded by the torso can be seen. That is you, while perspectives beyond self-examination and the horizon are opened, and your insides ceaselessly pump blood and other fluids. The curtain with the dam will be raised for the performance, and the audience will be flooded only with emotions, sounds and gestures, but will remain dry.
