For museum in progress
In 2002 as we began to plan for the Utopia Stations in Venice, and then Munich, museum in progress was there, a true horizon line, setting the standards, providing an example. The questions before us then remain. How to move art and visions of a better life into the world entire? So that everyone’s voices could mix and contribute to a common future? So that we all can actually breathe? Our poster project, still available on e-flux.com, was inspired by your work. Together we brought Nils Norman’s Geocruiser billboard to Venice. In the afterlife of all the Utopia Stations, let it be recorded that we are there, standing, by you, all of us searching.
